Shipping in Italy
Shipping in Italy is free and is carried out every Friday via Poste Delivery and is provided with a tracking and monitoring number. Delivery takes place in 1-4 working days after the acceptance of the shipment (excluding Saturdays and holidays) in most Italian locations. Delivery times vary according to the departure and arrival locations of the shipment.
The shipment requires two delivery attempts.
In the event of absence on the first home delivery attempt, the recipient receives a notification via sms/email with a link through which he can customize the redelivery.
If the recipient is also absent on the second home delivery attempt, the employee will leave a notice with the references of the post office or Operations Center where the shipment is in storage. The storage lasts 7 working days and is free.
It is also possible to collect shipments from the post office on Saturdays, during post office opening hours.

International shipping
International shipments are made every Friday via the International Registered Mail service of the Italian Post Office and it is provided of traceability and tracking number.

Customs duties and taxes on imports
The payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the customer and their amount is calculated by the law in force in the country of destination of the shipment. We are not aware of the amount of the customs duties, which will instead be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination. In the event that the charges are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipping costs and the customs charges themselves will be withheld from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.
